At JTG Jewelry, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, custom-engraved pieces and earrings are final sale.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box to prevent damage, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

Affix the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return mailer.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
